Thank you for your patience and understanding. There is now an app update to resolve the server issue that had occurred over the past few days.
Please follow the resolution steps here.
Option 1
Open HaoHD. Press Menu key on the remote control, and select Upgrade.
The Menu button is located at these places in the different remote controls.
Your app should update to the newest version and normal service will resume.
If the app was successfully installed but you are still unable to enter to use the app, please drop us a message on our Facebook page @levelup.shop.sg or WhatsApp at 9725 8365 to process for unbind and re-input.
Option 2 (If Option 1 does not work for you)
Step 1. Download the updated app here and copy it to your usb thumbdrive: https://tinyurl.com/hhdv18
Step 2. Insert your thumbdrive into your android box.
Step 3. Use app installer to install the apk file.
Your app should update to the newest version and normal service will resume.
