There is an app update for Moon HD to V2.8. If your Moon app is unable to load the update, follow the steps below for a manual installation.
INSTALLING THE APP
Option 1: With Thumbdrive and laptop
Download the file in this link http://bit.ly/28moon.
Copy this .apk file directly into your thumbdrive and insert your thumbdrive into the tv box.
In your tv box, under Apps section open the Appinstaller app > Select your thumbdrive > Install the .apk file.
Option 2: Without Thumbdrive
Open web browser in your tv box, key in this URL http://bit.ly/28moon. Download the file in this link.
Open File Browser app that is in the Apps section of your tv box, select "Local disk" > "Download" folder > click on the .apk file that you have just downloaded
Select "Install" when prompted.
After the app update, you might realise the VOD section is empty. Not to worry, the provider is rolling out the full features in phases after the update.
