WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE TYPES OF TV BOXES?
We have 2 types of TV box for your selection. They only differ in hardware specifications, programmes configuration is purely the same.
Hardware specifications such as ram & processor will affect the overall performance of the box. i.e faster boot-up, smoother transition and less latency across the general user interface.
This is especially so when hardware becomes old and cache builds up in the system, box performance will slow down, similar to your computers and smartphones.
But not to worry, simple maintenance apps will be provided in the box to help you deal with these issues.
Video on Demand (VOD):
All boxes can stream smoothly without lag when watching movies/dramas on demand.
Difference is that the initial buffer to start the video will be faster for higher specs box.
All boxes can stream smoothly.
Latency usually more dependent on the iptv server and your internet speed rather than hardware specs.
Only 10mbps of actual connect speed is necessary for smooth streaming.
Time to time channels can be affected when there is bad weather at server site or during regular server maintenance by the iptv provider.
But most of our customers find the stability and quality acceptable as they can gain access to a lot more channels than the basic cable tv packages at a relatively much lower price :)
WHICH TV BOX SHOULD I CHOOSE?
It depends on your level of usage.
If you are a heavy user, for example if you will be using multiple apps for watching different types of VOD or will be using it every day, a higher specs box (ie. the Premium box or Pro box) will be recommended. If you will just be using it mainly to watch tv channels then a lower specs box (ie. the Basic box or Standard box) will suffice.
The higher the specs are, the smoother the user interface.
IS THERE WARRANTY FOR THE TV BOX?
We provide 1-year warranty to cover you for any hardware defects. All components within the set is covered under the warranty and that includes the TV Box, the remote control, the HDMI cable, the power adapter, and the air controller if you have added in your purchase.

WHAT KIND OF TV IS REQUIRED?
TV Box is able to connect with any tv as long as there is a HDMI port.
It does not need to be smart tv or android tv. It also does not need to be digital ready tv.
WHAT ARE THE APPS AVAILABLE IN THE TV BOX?
We do not have a fixed list for that as we continuously review and add new apps.
Feel free to contact us to find out if there are any particular apps you are looking out for.
DOES THE TV BOX REQUIRE REGULAR UPDATES?
The apps will usually prompt you for update if there are new versions available, similar to your smartphone apps.
Or if you need to install new apps because some of the older apps are no longer working, we maintain a portal to load up new apps manually into your box. Step by step guide will be provided in the portal.
Access to portal is for customers only, and we absolutely do not charge for that :)
WHAT CHANNELS ARE AVAILABLE IF I DO NOT SUBSCRIBE TO IPTV?
Without IPTV, the TV Box is mainly used for watching Video on demand (VOD) movies and drama.
IS INTERNET REQUIRED TO USE THE TV BOX?
Yes you will need internet for the TV Box to work. The TV Box works with either WiFi or Lan connection.
